After drawing the pipe, the pipe must first go through high-light and high-pressure inspection to check whether there is laser desoldering and laser miss welding, and cut off these problematic products as waste.


There are other processes for producing pipes, such as stainless steel drawing technology and one-time forming technology of seamless steel pipe. Immediately after the finished tube, the tube blank should be cut according to the requirements of the water cup to be produced in a one-out-two method. Usually the stainless steel thermos cup is composed of two pipe blanks with different diameters, and finally the inner and outer double-layer stainless steel is realized through the laser welding process.


After the tube blank is made, the water expansion process should be started according to the already made mold. Through the high-pressure force of water, the vertical tube blank is expanded out of the shape of the product, and at the same time, different patterns can be expanded on the water cup shell through the water expansion process. After swelling, the tube blank shall be divided into two from the middle into two cup bodies.
