For this type of stainless steel, we arrange in order of hardness, 430 stainless steel, 201 stainless steel, and 304 stainless steel. The stretching process requires the flexibility of stainless steel. The larger the product diameter and the greater the depth, the better the performance of 304 stainless steel. On the contrary, 430 stainless steel will burst, and 201 stainless steel will crack. However, if the diameter of the product is less than 100 mm, and the depth is less than 100 mm, these different types of steel can be stretched.


Why do many customers use 430 stainless steel on their surfaces? This is not only because the material cost of 430 is relatively lower, but also because 430 stainless steel has high hardness, which will increase impact resistance as a product shell and is not easy to deform.


The hardness of 201 stainless steel is lower than 430 stainless steel, but higher than 304 stainless steel. Choose to use 201 stainless steel as the product shell because 201 stainless steel has better corrosion resistance than 430 stainless steel.


Therefore, you usually see that the outer shell of some stainless steel water ware will use 201 stainless steel, and the outer shell of some household appliances will use 430 stainless steel.
